These are the types of documents you want to ask to see to assure that you are not dealing with a puppy mill! Make sure you're dealing with a reputable breeder who you can investigate through these law/guideline enforcement agencies. Anyone who can not (or chooses not to) pass these simple guidelines for the care, condition and maintenance of their dogs and facility has no business raising them!
